Conference Introduction

Digital Twin is a precise mapping of physical entities in digital intangible bodies and plays a key role in the Industry 4.0 system and intelligent manufacturing. As a virtual model of a physical entity, rather than using physical performance data to predict behavior, digital twins have always been regarded as the key to diagnosis, maintenance, and product innovation.

In the automotive and aerospace field, virtual modeling and simulation have been widely recognized and used, but are still in the ascendant in the field of industrial automation. Dr.ChadSchmitke, MapleSim Division, Maplesoft, Canada

Dr. Schmitke holds a Ph.D. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where he serves as an adjunct professor. His research focuses on the symbolic modeling of multibody mechatronic systems. Before joining Maplesoft, Chad worked as Chief Developer at MotionPro ,, and at the Canadian Space Agency as a post-doctoral fellow, developing tools for modeling robotic manipulators.

Xu Junlin, Minister of Technology, CYBERNET

Xu Junlin, M.Sc., has joined CYBERNET Group since 2004 and currently holds the position of Technical Director of CYBERNET. He is mainly engaged in research on symbolic computation, multidisciplinary engineering system simulation, modern teaching methods and techniques, school information construction, etc. He has published several technical articles and has co-published two university textbooks.
