If you are connected to a mobile hard disk, the mobile hard disk might not have enough power. Connect the external hard disk to an external power supply.
It may be that the connection between the storage device and the box is loose or the connection is poor. Please reconnect it.
It may be that the storage device itself is abnormal or incompatible. Please try another storage device.
3. Huawei Box & Glory Box Play Local Play Video Card How to do it?
It may be that your video file is not standard. Please replace it with a standard video file.
It may be that your storage device (U disk, microSD card) is reading too slowly and does not reach the bit rate of the video file. Please try another storage device.
Please try using a third-party player (such as XBMC, Mx Player) to play.

5. Whether Huawei Box & Glory Box can play local music locally. Looping video temporarily does not support loop playback. However, music can be looped. Please press the remote control menu in the music player interface and select “mode selection > loop playâ€.
