Xiamen Sanan Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd., a controlled subsidiary of the Company, recently received a special investment support fund of RMB 150 million from the Xiamen Torch High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee. Currently, the payment has been received.

According to the provisions of the "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No. 16 - Government Subsidies", the above-mentioned subsidies are related to the income and are included in the current profits and losses; if they are related to assets, they are recognized as deferred income, from the time when long-term assets are available for use, according to long-term assets. The estimated useful life of the deferred income is transferred to the current profit and loss.
