Two OLED lighting alliance standards released

As an illumination source, OLEDs (organic light emitting diodes) have advantages of easy realization of white light, ultra-thin light sources, and light sources of arbitrary shapes. As a new type of solid-state light source, attention has been drawn to various countries for OLED lighting standards. In order to realize the integration of technical standards development with technological innovation and industrial development, the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance (CSA) Standardization Committee has formulated the CSA Alliance technical standards, hoping to continuously improve the level of technical standards with technology advancement and technological innovation. The development and application of standards promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, and play a role in the basic guarantee and support of technical standards.

To promote the standardized development of OLED lighting, standardize the terms and symbols of OLED lighting, promote the mutual development and standardization of OLED lighting technology, boost the maturity of OLED lighting technology, and lay the foundation for the OLED lighting industry. CSA proposes and organizes Beijing Weixin Technology Co., Ltd., Tsinghua University, Suzhou University, Jilin University, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other organizations drafted CSA 014-2012 "Organic Light Emitting Diodes Lighting Terms and Text Symbols", CSA 015-2012 "Organic Light Emitting Diodes Lighting Test method "two alliance standards. Both standards are V01.00. If the standard is revised again, only editorial changes will be made. When the standard is revised, the decimal point after the version number will be incremented by one. If a technical modification is made, 1 is added before the decimal point and cleared after the decimal point. .
