1. Under normal working conditions, be sure to turn off the power before opening the explosion-proof operation box! Otherwise, property or personal injury may occur. If it is necessary to turn on the power of the front cover of the explosion-proof display operation box, the risk factors on the site should be eliminated in advance (ie, the site should be temporarily a safe zone).
2. Read this manual carefully before wiring.
3. Wiring should be performed by a qualified professional.
4. In the explosion-proof operation box, the connecting cable from the instrument mounting cavity to the wiring cavity should be reliably sealed through the inter-cavity sealing joint.
5. The explosion-proof operation box and external connection are led out by the terminal block in the wiring cavity. They should be connected to the outside through the four sealing joints in the lower part of the explosion-proof display box. The external connection of the explosion-proof operation box should meet the requirements of explosion-proof specifications. For sealed joints that are not used, they should be sealed with a random metal head (metal disc).
6. The explosion-proof operation box housing should be reliably connected to the grounding pile located in the safety zone. The grounding resistance should be no more than 4 ohms, and the resistance of the connecting cable should not exceed 1 ohm.
7. If the panel type JagXTREME instrument is installed in the explosion-proof operation box, be sure to replace the software of the main control board. The software number is A00924, and the display shows “PN# JagX A0 0924”.
