Guangguang and Yuyuan patent litigation reached a settlement

   On February 5th, Guangguang Optoelectronics and Yuyuan Optoelectronics patent litigation reached a settlement, and they have respectively withdrawn their lawsuits and filed their cases.

It is reported that on May 1, 2009, Yan Yuan filed a patent infringement lawsuit with the Intellectual Property Court, claiming that Guanggao products infringed the patent right of the Republic of China Invention No. 253771. Guanggai filed a report with the Intellectual Property Office on June 4, 2009. The patent was revoked. Based on the friendly relationship between the industry and the friendship for the LED industry in Taiwan, the two sides agreed to reconcile and have withdrawn their respective lawsuits and cases.
