(3) Main construction content of Tangnan Town: transformation of waterworks, construction of pipeline network, etc. The scale of water supply is 8400m/d, and the estimated total investment is 10 million yuan;

(4) The main construction content of PuZhai Town: waterworks transformation, pipeline network construction, etc. The water supply scale is 5100m/d, and the estimated total investment of the project is 11 million yuan;

(5) The main construction content of Fengliang Xiandong Film: water plant renovation, pipeline network construction, etc. The water supply scale is 900m/d, and the estimated total investment of the project is 6 million yuan;

(11) The main construction contents of Fukang, Tongkeng Xintong Village: waterworks reconstruction, pipeline network construction, etc. The water supply scale is 900m/d, and the estimated total investment of the project is 4 million yuan.

The above 11 projects have an estimated total investment of 91 million yuan. Duration: 360 days, of which: the preliminary design should be submitted within 2 months from the date of signing the contract. The design of the construction drawing shall be 2 months from the date of receipt of the preliminary design approval. Submit it.

2.2 Bidding scope: EPC general contracting, that is, engineering geological survey (including measurement), preliminary design (including report, estimate, drawing), construction drawing design (including construction drawing budget) and the completion of the bidding project. Construction and equipment procurement, commissioning and acceptance services for the corresponding construction and installation projects. Project supervision, land acquisition, demolition and resettlement are not included in the EPC general contracting scope.

3, bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The bidder shall be an independent legal entity or a consortium with corresponding qualifications (if it is a consortium with the following conditions), the design unit shall be the consortium leader and the consortium shall have no more than two members (including the lead party):

(1) Qualified with Class C (or above) qualifications in Engineering Survey (Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Survey) Class C (or above) Qualification and Water Engineering Design Leading Water Diversion Engineering;

(2) Qualified at least grade (or above) general contracting for construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects and class (or above) qualifications for general contracting of public works construction, with an effective safety production license.

(3) The bidder plans to establish a project management agency with no less than 12 persons, all of whom are the bidders' own staff, including: project manager, design manager, construction manager, engineering technician, surveyor, designer , financial management personnel, construction management personnel, quality management personnel, safety management personnel, etc. Among them: the project manager and the person in charge of the design shall have a technical title of a water conservancy and hydropower engineer (or above); the person in charge of the construction shall have an occupational qualification certificate and a production safety assessment certificate (class B) for the water conservancy and hydropower professional grade one constructor; safety The management personnel have an effective safety production assessment certificate (category C); all other personnel must have a job permit or title certificate or a professional qualification certificate; the general contracting project manager and design manager must be sent by the consortium leader, and the construction manager must Members sent by the consortium to undertake construction tasks; each person can only serve one post in the project, and shall not serve concurrently.

(4) The bidder (all members of the consortium) has completed the entry procedures in the Guangdong Water Conservancy Construction and Management Information Network and passed the final review.

(5) Bidders need to provide the notification letter of inquiry result of no-bribery criminal record issued by the procuratorial organs where the project is located or where the company has registered at the place of registration (inquiries include: bid unit, legal representative, proposed general contracting project manager, design leader) , responsible person for construction, the time of inquiries will be three years before the date of publication of this tender notice.

(6) Any entity within the time limit announced by the Guangdong Water Conservancy Construction and Management Information Network for prohibiting participation in the bidding for construction of water conservancy projects in the province shall not participate in the bid for this project.

3.2 After the qualification for the tender, the specific requirements for the qualification review will be found in the bidding documents. The unqualified bidder's bid documents will be rejected after qualification.

3.3 The Bidder (all members of the Commonwealth) must apply for an IC card in Guangzhou before signing up.
