The heat dissipation has also been adjusted. Since the lampshade of the new product is larger than the original product, the surface area of ​​the aluminum alloy casing connecting the lamp cap and the lampshade, that is, the heat dissipation area is reduced. In view of the relatively low temperature in the central region of the LED package arranged in a ring shape, a driver IC that is not resistant to high temperature is disposed here to configure the circuit to reduce the influence of heat dissipation.
The light color is available in daylight (color temperature 6700K) and bulb color (color temperature 2800K). The brightness of daylight is 485lm, which is equivalent to a 40W incandescent bulb (light bulb is 390lm)*. *The brightness standard used the number of incandescent bulbs equivalent to 40W and 60W, but in 2010 the Japan Bulb Industry Association introduced the policy of unified use of lm.
Previously, the company's LED bulbs were centrally equipped with LED packages. Due to the strong linearity of the LED light, the light of the original product is difficult to diffuse to the back, and the light distribution angle is only about 120°. The difficulty is when it is used for a chandelier, etc., the front is bright and the corner of the room is dark.
The new product uses an open price, estimated at around 3,500 yen. In addition, the company is also planning to develop brighter products with brightness equivalent to 60W incandescent bulbs. However, due to technical issues such as heat dissipation, there is no specific production plan.
