3. 9 average life average life
In the life test with the number of test samples N, according to the order of damage of the lamp, the life of the (N+1)/2 lamp (N is an odd number) or the sum of the life of the N/2th and N/2+1 lamps 1/2 (N is an even number) is called the average life of the batch of lamps.
3.10 illuminance maintenance rate lux maintenance
For the same distance, the ratio of the illuminance of the lamp to the specified time and the initial illuminance value of the lamp is expressed as a percentage.

4.4 The connection of the lamp lead wire should be firm and should be able to withstand the axial tension of 20 N. The connecting part should be coated with moisture-proof, heat-resistant and durable paint or covered with insulating material.
4.5 The lamp should still start and ignite normally after the vibration test.
4.6 The lamp should be able to start and ignite normally in the high temperature range of -40 ° C ~ 50 ° C.
4.7 The temperature of the glass tube at the electrode of the lamp should be lower than 55 °C.
4.8 The lamp should be able to withstand the 100K temperature sudden change test without damage.
5 Test methods
5.1 Appearance quality of the lamp (4.1) Check or measure by visual inspection or vernier caliper.
5.2 The initial characteristics of the lamp (4.2) are measured in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A and Appendix B.
5.3 Lamp life and illuminance maintenance rate (4.3) Test methods specified in Appendix C and Appendix B.
5.4 The connection fastness of the lamp lead-out line (4.4) is checked with a dynamometer with an error of not more than 0.1 N. The moisture-proof cover is visually inspected.
5.5 Vibration resistance of the lamp (4.5) The test is to fix the lamp rigidly on the vibrating table. The vibration frequency of the vibrating table should be 1 Hz~30 HZ, 2 mm amplitude, 5 min vertical vibration, and the input end is added. Check the starting voltage and check if the lamp is normally ignited.
5.6 The temperature range (4.6) of the normal operation of the lamp is to separate the lamp in the environment of -40 ° C and +50 ° C for 2 h, respectively, and check the lamp under low temperature and high temperature environment, under the specified starting voltage. Whether it can start normally and keep the ignition point.
5.7 The test of the glass tube temperature (4.7) at the electrode of the lamp is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix D.
5.8 Lamp temperature sudden change test (4.8) Put the test lamp into the oven, gradually warm up to 100K ± 5K above the water temperature of the sink, and keep the temperature for 15 minutes, then take out the speed from the oven and put it into the sink.
6 Acceptance rules
6.1 Neon tubes must be tested by the manufacturer before they can be shipped. In order to verify the quality of the lamps and the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer shall carry out the delivery test and routine test of the quality of the lamps, according to GB/T2828, GB respectively. /2829 execution.
