1. Bidding conditions The bidding project of Cuijia North Street, Cuijiaxi Street, Drainage and Lighting Project of No. 8 Yingchengzi has been approved by the Anshan Municipal Government for approval of the “Anshan Municipal Government Investment and Construction Project Tendering Plan Approval Form†No. 09-20. The project owner is the Anshan City Construction Administration. The construction fund comes from the finance of Anshan City. The project investment ratio is 100%. The tenderee is the bidding center of the Anshan Municipal Government Investment Construction Project. The project has already met the conditions for bidding, and the construction of the project is now open for public bidding.
2. Project overview and bidding scope
2.1 Project Overview:
The total length of Cuijiabei Street Road Project is 639.83 meters, the width of the red line is 30 meters, the width of the motorway is 15 meters, and the new drainage channel for drainage works: 214 meters for D=0.4 meters, 259.83 meters for D=0.5 meters, and unilateral cloth for lighting projects. 3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The requirements for this bidding shall be: the qualification of the municipal public works construction general contracting level (including the grade), and the ability to undertake the construction of the project in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.
3.2 This tender does not accept consortium bidding.
4. Bidding Registration For those who intend to participate in the bidding, please go from May 15 to May 21, 2009, from 8:00 am to 11:30 am, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Beijing time) , the same below), bring the following materials to the Anshan Municipal Government Investment and Construction Project Tendering Center (No. 17 Qianjin Road, Tiedong District) to apply.
The following information must be provided when registering:
(1) Business license of enterprise legal person;
(2) Qualification certificate;
(3) Safety production license;
(4) The main responsible person of the construction enterprise is responsible for the safety production assessment certificate (A certificate);
(5) The safety certificate of the project manager of the construction enterprise (B certificate);
(6) Safety production assessment certificate (C certificate) for full-time safety production management personnel of construction enterprises;
(7) The power of attorney of the trustee and the identity card of the client;
(8) The registered construction engineer to be stationed in the project, and the registered construction engineer's performance in similar projects in the company for the past 3 years (subject to contract, the project contract amount should be more than 16 million yuan).
The above documents and materials must be provided with originals and photocopies, and the copies must be stamped with the official seal of the bidding unit and bound into a loose-leaf book in order. If there is no original of the above information, the relevant certificate of the competent authority of the certificate shall be provided.
Only bidders who have passed prequalification can participate in this bid.
5. Bidding documents acquisition and tender preparation meeting time
5.1 Acquisition time of bidding documents From May 15 to May 21, 2009, each set price is 1,000 yuan, and the tenders will not be returned after being sold.

6. Submission of bid documents
