The main structure of the lighting system The initial lighting control system consists of simple switches. DMX512 digital signal control technology, as well as emerging networked dimming technology, all-fiber intelligent. Now, sine wave dimming technology has appeared on the dimming technology. This dimming method has no harmonic interference caused by thyristor dimming.
Now, many digital dimmers (silicon boxes) can be equipped with two digital dimming stations (one main and one standby) at the same time, one analog dimming station, and three dimming stations can back up each other, greatly increasing the system's reliability. The shortcomings of DMX512 digital signal control technology mainly include low signal transmission speed, which can only be transmitted in one direction (DMX512-A standard can transmit in both directions), the number of control of a single control port is limited (only 512), and the address code setting is cumbersome.
Redundancy and fault-tolerant technology redundancy technology usually refers to the backup of the machine by adding backup equipment. One or two machines can be used for cold backup or hot backup, or several machines can share one machine for backup. The dimming station can be backed up, and the decoders in the dimming cabinet are generally hot-backed by two decoders. The two decoders (both main and auxiliary systems) simultaneously receive the DMX signal of the dimming console, and simultaneously perform data. Processing, the main decoded output signal is dimmed. When the main decoder (main system) fails and fails, it automatically switches to the auxiliary decoder to continue decoding and dimming.
In actual use, we must consider the heat of the luminaire. The distance between the luminaire and the nearest curtain should be more than 0.5 m. At the same time, be careful not to let other flammable materials close to the luminaire. Regularly check the silicon box, power cord, power distribution cabinet for problems, how to heat, and arrange for personnel to conduct systematic safety inspections during large-scale performances. Grounding should be done for the safety grounding of the lighting system. Use the lamp with the grounding wire and the connector. When replacing the lamp, turn off the power or unplug the plug from the boom or lamp to prevent electric shock.
