LED and UVLED difference
LED and UVLED? The LED gel lamp market for new crops has caused some confusion, and the difference between the benefits and the technical standards of LED and UV lamps has been used for many years. To help clarify this theme, nails highlight the biggest difference between the two, so you can better understand the purchase and maintenance of the fixture.
So what is ultraviolet light? All light is classified by its different wavelengths, and you can see the electromagnetic spectrum here. Human visible light is between about 400 nanometers (nanometers) and 780 nanometers. Anything above is infrared (only some animals, like cats, can be seen).
Ultraviolet light occurs at about 100 nanometers. At 400 nm, the ultraviolet light is further decomposed into groups A, B, and C.
One important point to note is that LED lights are UV lamps because the light they emit is in the UV spectrum (especially UV-A). Traditional UV lamps, which we call compact fluorescent lamps (UV CFLs), are after the bulbs they use.

Photoinitiators and clear gels: What happened?

Gels require an initiator to activate other molecules in them to make the gel into a hard plastic. "Light" is their light activation, and these photoinitiators can only be light that is actively exposed to a certain wavelength. (That's why they don't start to cure in normal sunlight. Immediately) So the manufacturer tried to use an emmitance photoinitiator that perfectly matched the UV wavelength of their lamp.
Photoinitiators are the easiest to start on the market for bright oranges, when placed on a gel that has been colored, the uniform will not be noticed, but in the clear gel they stand out. Transparent or light pigmented photoinitiators are activated on most of the typical wavelengths of LED lamps that are wavelengths on the market today. Because energy-saving lamps have a wider wavelength output, they are usually more effective in treating the most transparent gels.
* The best way to avoid any curing problems is to use the lamp made by the same company and the gel you use. The purpose of the photoinitiator in the gel is to work at the same wavelength of the precise lamp.
