The topic was chaired by Wang Li, a 35-year-old deputy director of the National Silicon-based LED Engineering Technology Research Center. The main task of this project is to develop a silicon substrate with higher cost performance and LED lighting materials and chips, launch the second generation of silicon substrate LED chips, promote the development of industrial chain and innovation chain to high-end, and gradually form a strategic emerging industry with international competition. .
