The height of the jacking is obviously related to the horizontal angle of the hydraulic support base and the top beam, and the angle and length of the vertical expansion and contraction of the column. Therefore, in the automatic control of the hydraulic support, the current relative horizontal plane angles of the top beam, the base, and the upright column measured by the tilt angle sensor in the hydraulic support can obtain the geometrical relationship between them and the height of the lift. It will give you the length of the column that you need to retract. Finally, after determining the angle of each component, the hydraulic stand can be adjusted to the specified length by the hydraulic system to make the hydraulic stand in different top lift state.
