On January 21st , the Ministry of Science and Technology issued the "Notice on the Recognition of the 2009 National High-tech Industrialization Base and the Modern Service Industry Industrialization Base" (Guo Ke Fa Gao [2010] No. 695), and identified 77 bases as national high-tech The industrialization base has identified nine bases as the national modern service industry industrialization base.
Among them, it includes 6 high-tech industrialization bases related to semiconductor lighting. as followed:

The "Notice" has made demands on the development of the base, proposed to strengthen the guidance and support of the development of the base, promote the agglomeration of knowledge, technology, talents, funds, policies and other factors, accelerate the industrialization of high-tech achievements; accelerate the promotion of modern service industries. The applications you submitted for the 2009 National High-tech Industrialization Base and the Modern Service Industry Industrialization Base were received. After reviewing the experts, it was decided that 77 bases such as Beijing Aviation and Automotive High-tech Industrialization Base will be the national high-tech industrialization base, and nine bases such as Beijing Zhongguancun Modern Service Industry Industrialization Base will be identified as the national modern service industry industrialization base.
Please strengthen guidance and support for the development of the base, promote the gathering of knowledge, technology, talents, capital, policies and other factors, accelerate the industrialization of high-tech achievements; accelerate the formation and development of modern service industries, and improve high-tech industries and modern services. The proportion of industry in the regional economy, promote the adjustment and optimization of regional industrial structure; cultivate strategic emerging industries to seize the commanding heights of future economic development; strengthen local science and technology work, improve the ability of regional innovation system to serve economic and social development; Promote the coordinated development of "talents, bases, and projects" and make new contributions to the development of China's high-tech industries and modern service industries.
The local people's governments of the bases are requested to further promote the implementation of the base development plan and implementation plan, focus on institutional and institutional innovation, give priority to relevant policies in the base, and strengthen the construction of technical service institutions such as the Productivity Promotion Center to build a platform for technological innovation and public service.
