Mr. Xiong Kecang, Chairman of Leray Optoelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is not only a wise entrepreneur. In this International Film and Television Summit, Mr. Xiong’s passionate speech won the thunderous applause of the participants.
At the summit, Mr. Xiong introduced the development process of Lelei Optoelectronics in the past few years, focusing on how to improve the reliability of LED product control system and the system application of Lelei's main engineering case.
According to Mr. Xiong, Lelei Optoelectronics Technology was established in early 2007 and has been just three years ago. In the past three years, Lelei has grown from the initial 40 employees and 3,000 square meters of factory space to 300 employees and 4,500 square meters of space, and has 15 sales offices across the country. And passed the IS certification and CE certification in 2007 and 2009 respectively. Mr. Xiong said that Le Lei’s mission statement is the concept of energy conservation and global outlook. He hopes to build Lelei into China Lighting Rolex (ROLED) in the next five years and become the most well-known brand of LED application products in China.
Then, Mr. Xiong gave a detailed explanation on how to improve the reliability of LED products and control systems.
First, high standards of product design requirements, standardization, serialization and systematic product planning. From January 2007 to the third quarter of 2009, Lelei products have reached more than 100 products in 10 series.
Second, the design standards of the LED luminaire structure include the design of the integrated heat dissipation path of the luminaire structure, the design standard of the special luminaire for the high-power LED bridge, and the design of the light distribution and efficiency of the luminaire.
Third, industrial-grade LED power and drive design standards. Only by driving the LED power supply can the product be reduced, and then the LED luminaire can be integrated into the drive, so that the reliability of the entire product can be increased to more than 90%.
Fourth, the reliability of the product is verified. The reliability of the product is repeatedly verified by means of durability testing, high and low temperature testing, and temperature change testing.
Mr. Xiong frankly shared his own experience in doing LED for several years. It is not shameful to fail. It is shameful that it will not be summed up after the failure. Finally, Mr. Xiong introduced the Wuxi Lingshan LED indoor application case to the audience, and invited the designers to visit, inspect, study and communicate.
